DODA, Mar 27: Jammu and Kashmir Government Medical Employees held a meeting at Ghat, Doda and demanded immediate release of their pending salaries.
Hoshiar Singh Rukwal, senior vice president of Medical Employees Federation said that it has become difficult for medical employees to perform their duties vis-à-vis to carry on their livelihood without salaries.
Rukwal urged Government through Block Medical Officer Ghat and the Chief Medical Officer Doda to arrange funds and release the pending salaries of the employees at the earliest.
Among others present were Tahir Mushtaq Ganie, Mohammad Shafi, Krishan Lal Bhagat, Rehmat Ullah Wani, Sheh Ram Shan, Abdul Gani Shah, Raj Dulari, Bala Devi, Shafiqa Begum, Rita Devi, Sonika Bhagat, etc.
