Medical employees’ deputation meets Bali Bhagat

JAMMU, June 16: A deputation of JK Medical Employees’ Federation today met Minister for Health and Medical Education Minister, Bali Bhagat, at Srinagar and appealed him that the Government order dated 16-10-2014 which accords sanction to counting of past service rendered by the employees prior to their regularization, be implemented in letter and spirit.
The deputation was led by Rajiv Sharma, MLA Akhnoor and Dharminder Singh, president, JK Employees’ Federation. The deputation apprised the Minister of their sufferings caused due to non-implementation of the said order.
Meanwhile, the deputation also met Dr Baldev Sharma, Director, Family Welfare, in Srinagar and urged him to release pending salary of last seven months of employees under 2211 head. Besides, the deputation also requested the Director, to solve their problems permanently.
Both, the Minister and the Director assured the deputation to redress their genuine problems.
