JAMMU, June 1: All Jammu and Kashmir Megh Sudhar Sabha today announced the schedule of 616th Prakash Divas of Sadguru Kabir Ji Maharaj.
Addressing a press conference Narinder Dutt, general secretary said that All Jammu and Kashmir Megh Sudhar Sabha is going to celebrate the Prakash Divas of Sadguru Kabir Ji Maharaja on June 13 at old Rehari.
He stated that Shobha Yatra will also be taken out on the same day from MAM Stadium Jammu which will pass through various areas and culminate at Kabir Temple, Old Rehari. Dutt informed that Chief Minister will be the chief guest.
He further informed that the Shoba Yatra will start at 9 am from MAM Stadium and will arrive at Old Rehari Temple at around 12 Noon.
The function of Kabir Jyanti will start at 1 pm with satsang and religious discourse by Mahant Ajay Dass, Gaddi Tata Nagar Jharkhand.
Dutt demanded gazetted holiday instead of restricted holiday on eve of Kabir Jyanti.
He appealed the public to participate in the programme to seek blessings of Sadguru Kabir Ji Maharaj.
Among others present were BD Bhagat, chairman, Bihari Lal Bhagat, president, Puran Chand, vice president, Sansar Chand, MR Puri, joint secretary, Dr Rajiv, Dr Neeraj, etc.
