JAMMU, Aug 24: An exhibition of works of Dr. Megha Kundal, the student of Kesar Art Circle, opened at the Kala Kendra, here today.
The chief guest of the function, well known artist, Bhushan Kesar and the moving spirit behind Kesar Art Circle, inaugurated the solo show which has on display 14 works by the amateur painter. Kesar Art Circle is one of the few art studios of the winter capital dedicated to train in the art of painting the artistically inclined members of the civil society.
Today’s inauguration function was attended by a large number of amateur artists of the city, art students and art enthusiasts. Dr Megha Kundal paintings done in the medium of acrylic on canvas depicting varied themes mostly drawn from nature will on show in Kala Kendra on 25 and 26 August 2011.
