JAMMU, Jan 24: Keeping in view the upcoming Parliamentary and Assembly elections in Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh, president of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Mehbooba Mufti, has constituted Campaign Committees to specifically interact with the Kashmiri Pandit migrants and redress their grievances.
The committees will function under the overall convenership of Ramesh Kaul Karihaloo and coordination of Ashok Bhat. It is expected that ground work executed by chosen members shall be disciplined and not always rigidly within their designated geographical boundaries.
A K Sidha has been appointed as president, Nanaji Wattal, Sushil Ji Wali, Maharaj Krishan from Anantnag, P K Sharma, R K Pardesi, S K Raina, and Sunil Ji Bhat from Kulgam, K B Kaw from Shopian, Chand Ji Khar from Shopian, Pran Nath Zutshi, from Pulwama, Shadi Lal Koul, Yog Raj, R K Tickoo, Babloo Sinbgh, Naresh Koul from Srinagar, Gangaji from Badgam, Dwarka Nath from Kupwara, Vijayji from Kupwara, A K Raina and Bansi Lal from Baramulla, Vijay Kaul from Nagrotra, Handwara, Ashok Sumbli from Bandipora, Anju Bhan, women coordinator Jammu.
Committee for Jagti Township included, Veerji Raina, president, Satish Thaploo, Balbloo Singh, Ashokji Koul, Yog Rajji, Jawahir Lal Raina, Ramesh Koul, Bansi Lal Koul, Raj Kumar Tickoo, Prademan Krishen Koul, Chandji Bhat, Rajinder Tickoo, Chand Kumar Nehru, Vijay Kumar Mahajan, Omkar Nath Dhar, Pintooji, Vinod Fotedar, Ashok Sumbli, Balbir Singh, Sohan Lal Mattu, Santosh Kumar Santosh, Satishji Saproo, Chand Kr Bhat, Rajinder Kr Bhat, Rakesh Bhan, Pyare Lal Koul, Pawan Tickoo, Satish Koul, Babu, Vinod Koul, Hari Krishan and Chuni Lal Kulgam.
