JAMMU, May 10: Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has accorded sanction to the assignment of additional charge of Member (Judicial) J&K Special Tribunal Srinagar to Rajeev Gupta, Member (Judicial) J&K Special Tribunal Jammu in addition to his own duties till further orders.
An order has been issued on the recommendation made by the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
