JAMMU, Feb 11: A mental health awareness programme was organized by ‘Winged Soul’ in collaboration with Mystic Interviews and CARE- North here today.
‘Love You Zindagi’ was an event for mental health awareness where mental health experts, Dr Chand Trehan, Dr Jaipal Singh and Dr Manu Arora shared their expertise with the audience. They discussed about the sources that trigger mental health problems and various factors which are increasing the frequency of mental illness among people. Dr Chand and Dr Jaipal also had certain activities that were psychologically designed to reduce anxiety and negative energy.
The event was conceptualized by Jasleen Kour, Dr Chand Trehan, Devika Mehta and Arush Mahajan. Vatsal Sharma, Nipun Sharma, Nandini Mehta, Nandita Mehta were the coordinators.
