Mesmerizing performance by ‘Aghori Group’ captivates pilgrims, devotees

JAMMU, June 30: Witnessed an extraordinary event, ‘Amreshwar Mahadev’, a spiritual gathering captivated pilgrims and devotees alike.
The highlight of the event was the mesmerizing performance by the ‘Aghori Group’ from West Bengal, showcasing their unique artistry to an enthralled audience. Led by Kiran Watal, president of Amarnath Welfare Society and supported by Chairman Rajesh Gupta, senior vice president, Anil Gupta, and general secretary, Prem Sharma. The event featured spectacular light shows and fire techniques that left everyone awestruck. Amidst chants of “Har Har Mahadev,” the atmosphere was filled with devotion and spiritual fervor, creating lasting memories for all who attended from different parts of the country. Prominent dignitaries present were Raj Nehru, Vice Chancellor, Kuldeep Khoda retired DGP, Gulab Singh, general secretary, All India VHP, BJP chief spokesperson, MM J&K Ritika Trehan and others.
On this occasion, Ritika Trehan along with others honoured for their invaluable contribution for the welfare of society in various sectors.
Kiran Watal, president of Amarnath Welfare Society speaking on the occasion extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the pilgrims embarking on the holy pilgrimage this year. He added, “In Jammu and Kashmir, this Hindu pilgrimage has always symbolized the pluralistic ethoe of the people, with Muslims playing a vital role in facilitating the safe, smooth, and hassle-free conduct of the Amarnath Yatra. This pilgrimage has become a symbol of the strong composite and inclusive culture in J&K.” “May this holy pilgrimage bring sustained peace and prosperity to the region,” he prayed.
Chairman Rajesh Gupta conveyed his greetings to the pilgrims of Amarnath Yatra and said the administration has made all possible arrangements for the convenience of the devotees. “Shri Amarnath Ji’s pilgrimage is a symbol of unbreakable tradition and beliefs of ‘Sanatan’ culture. Best wishes to all the devotees on their journey. Jai Baba Barfani,” he said. Amarnath Yatra is the Sangam and mixture of religious, spiritual, cultural and above all an example of communal amity and religious harmony and therefore there is much need of such religious, spiritual, cultural and composite Yatra and thus Yatras like this should be encouraged.
BJP chief spokesperson, Mahila Morcha J&K, Ritika Trehan in her address said that people of Jammu and Kashmir consider themselves fortunate enough that such a religiously and spiritually significant and composite Yatra takes place annually and provide grace to Valley.
