UDHAMPUR, Oct 18: A middle-aged man was electrocuted at village Malarh near Ghari-Rehmbal in district Udhampur today.
The deceased has been identified as Govind Ram (50), son of Jhalla Ram, resident of Battal Ballian. He received electric shocks at village Malarh when he was working on the live cables. He was immediately shifted to District Hospital, Udhampur where doctors declared him as brought dead. The dead body of the deceased was handed over to the family members after postmortem. A case in this connection was registered in Police Station, Udhampur.
