SAMBA, Nov 22: A middle-aged man ended his life by committing suicide here, today.
According to the information received from the police, 50 year old Baldev Raj, son of Ram Chand, resident of Takkar Birpur, swallowed some poisonous substance at his home due to which his condition worsened. Seeing his condition worsening, his family members took him to the Government Medical College & Hospital Jammu, where he died.
After the post-mortem of the deceased, the body was handed over to the family members for last rites. In this context, the police have registered a case and started further investigation.
