JAMMU, Oct 24 : A migrant worker from Uttar Pradesh was injured after militants fired on him in Tral area of Pulwama district this morning.

This is the third attack on migrant workers in Kashmir within a week. The teenager, Shubam Kumar,19, from Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor, suffered bullet injuries in his hand after a militant shot at him in Batagund village in Tral. He has been admitted to hospital and is stable.
Seven people, which included one doctor and six migrant workers, were killed on October 20, after militants opened fire at a construction site in the Sonamarg area in Ganderbal district.
