SRINAGAR, Apr 15: An earthquake of magnitude 4.1 occurred in the Ladakh region in the early hours here today.
Aamir Ali, Coordinator, Divisional Disaster Management Authority, Kashmir said that the epicentre of the earthquake was at Kashmir (Ladakh)-Xizang (China) border. He said the coordinates of the earthquake were 34.24N, 79.85E located at 209 kilometres east of Leh.
