Srinagar, Apr 2: A militant was arrested by security forces during a naka checking in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district today.
An official said that security forces laid a joint naka at Hassanpora village in Anantnag district this evening after inputs about movement of a militant this evening.
The militant was challenged at the naka and arrested. He has been identified as Arif Bashir Gania son of Bhashir Ahmad Gania of Hassanpora Bijbehara and is affiliated with Lashkar-e-Toiba.
