JAMMU, Mar 12: Security forces today arrested one militant and recovered arms and ammunition from his possession at village Bikheryan in Doda district.
The militant has been identified as Firdous Ahmed son of Ghulam Ahmad, a resident of Bikheryan.
From his house, security forces recovered three Chinese pistols, five magazines, 15 rounds and one silencer.
The militant was arrested during joint operation conducted by 10 Rashtriya Rifles of Army, Doda police, 7th battalion of SSB and 33rd battalion of CRPF.
