JAMMU, May 28: The annual Mindhal Yatra, which was scheduled to be taken out from June 1 to 21, has been postponed keeping in view ongoing Corona curfew in J&K as well as Himachal Pradesh.
This was informed today by Prof Daljeet Singh Manhas, president, Aadi Shakti Devi Chandike Sevak Sanstha (ASDCSS) Blassu, Doda J&K. he said that in view of COVID SOPs, the district administration Chamba and Sub Divisional Administration Killar, Pangi district Chamba, HP has shown inability to grant permission to conduct Mindhal Yatra this year.
Manhas said due to Government guidelines and Administrative directions issued in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the executive body of ASDCSS, Blassu, Doda has decided to postpone the annual Mindhal Mata Chhari Yatra till further course of action.
