JAMMU, Sept 3: Army and police today defused an anti-personnel mine near the International Border at forward village of Sajaana in Samba district.
Reports said that a farmer detected the mine while grazing his cattle at village Sujaana and informed at nearly police post of Rajpura.
Police team inspected the spot and sounded Army.
A Bomb Disposal Squad reached the spot and defused the explosive device, which appeared to be an old one.
