JAMMU, Feb 15: Seven persons including a minor were injured in mini-bus accident near Bibi Chand Kour Gurdwara today evening.
As per police sources, a rashly and negligently driven mini-bus turns turtle on the road after hitting a tree near Bibi Chand Kour Gurdwara, resulting into injuries to seven persons including a minor.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation.
All the injured persons were rescued and shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, where their condition was stated to be stable when last reports came in.
The injured were identified as Ramiz Raza of District Ganderbal, Shabir Ahmed of District Budgam, Shaida of District Budgam, Harun Mir (4), daughter of Shabir Ahmed of District Budgam, Rashida Akhter of District Doda, Sania Bano of District Doda and Mohd Sharif of District Doda.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Peer Mitha and investigation started.
