JAMMU, June 21: Jhajjar Kotli police today reunited a missing male child with his family.
“On getting information that a minor child was roaming in Jhajjar Kotli area, a police party of police station Jhajjar Kotli led by SHO Inspector Devinder Singh reached on the spot and started investigation,” police sources said.
The police team offered meals to the child and provided him a friendly environment so that he could feel relief. The police team formed under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Parupkar Singh did strenuous efforts and after connecting the various leads got the information about his family.
Subsequently, contact was established with his family and the minor boy was finally handed over to his maternal uncle namely Garu Ram son of Dharam Chand, resident of Palli, tehsil Dansal, district Jammu after completing all the legal formalities.
