JAMMU, Feb 2: A minor girl has been kidnapped by a youth for the second time from the jurisdiction of Domana Police Station.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a lady with Police Station Domana regarding kidnapping of her minor daughter aged around 17 years by a youth identified as Tahir Choudhary, son of Sadiq Hussain of Sehora, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 37/2020 under Sections 366-A and 109 IPC has been registered at Police Station Domana and hunt has been launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the abductor.
It is pertinent to mention here that Tahir Choudhary had kidnapped the same girl in the month of July last year and a case under FIR Number 283/2019 under Section 363 stands registered against him at Domana Police Station.
At that time, the girl was rescued and the abductor was arrested viz jailed, from where he came out last month.
