JAMMU, Aug 29: A minor girl was raped by a man near a private school in Digiana.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man with Police Station Gandhi Nagar stating that his minor daughter has been allegedly raped by a man identified as Amardeep Singh, a resident of Dashmesh Nagar near a private school in Digiana.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 211/2022 under sections 376 IPC and 3/4 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and hunt has been launched to nab the alleged rapist.
