UDHAMPUR, July 15: Police here today arrested a minor boy after a woman alleged that he raped her minor daughter.
The woman, resident of village Kalsote, Panchari visited Police Station Panchari and lodged a written complainant stating that on July 13, 2023 her minor daughter, 11 years of age, had gone to the field for grazing cattle when a boy, resident of village Kalsote came there and allegedly raped the girl forcibly.
Acting on the complaint the police registered a case in FIR number 31/2023 U/S 376AB IPC, 5 (m) 6 POCSO Act at Police Station Panchari and arrested the accused. Further investigation in the case was going on.
