RAJOURI, Nov 23: A minor girl was killed in a road accident in Kakora area of Manjakot in district Rajouri today.
Official sources said that the girl was hit by a bus bearing registration No JKo2C- 4967 coming from Jammu towards Poonch. The mishap took place when minor Aarya Murtaza (4), daughter of Ghulam Murtaza, resident of Bhatakas in Mendhar was crossing the road and got seriously injured.
She was immediately shifted to GMC Rajouri where she was declared as dead by the doctors. A case under FIR No 134 U/S 279, 336, 304-A was registered at Police Station Manjakote in this connection.
