JAMMU, Nov 4: On the directions of Chief Justice of State High Court, Justice M M Kumar, Registrar General Suresh Kumar Sharma has issued orders of transfers and postings of Judicial Officers.
According to order, Ashok Kumar Koul, Principal Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Kathua which post is vacant due to the appointment of MK Hanjura as Registrar Supreme Court of India.
Ramesh Kumar Wattal, Additional District and Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Udhampur. He will also hold the additional charge of court of Additional District Judge Udhampur till further orders.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Poonch Riyaz ul Haq Mirza will hold the charge of the Court of Sub-judge Surankote while as Riyaz ul Haq Mirza, 2nd Additional Munsiff Srinagar will hold the charge of the court of 1st Additional Munsiff Srinagar.
