RAMBAN, Nov 4: Police here today traced out a minor boy and reunited him with his family.
As per police sources on November 2, one Ghulam Nabi Naik, son of Ali Mohd, resident of Mahoo, Tehsil Khari filed a complaint with police that his son of 10-11 years age went from home but didn’t returned back and all the members of his family searched him everywhere but couldn’t found him.
The complainant suspected that someone has kidnapped his son.
On the basis of complaint a case in FIR No. 254/2023 U/S 363 IPC was registered at Police Station Banihal and investigation started.
A special police team was constituted by SSP Ramban Mohita Sharma to trace out the minor who was traced out from Chandni Chowk area of Delhi with the help of technical assistance.
The boy was reunited with his family after fulfilling all legal formalities.
The boy was recovered by a police team of Police Post Khari headed by PSI Aakash Magotra, IC PP Khari under the guidance of Inspector Mohd. Afzal Wani, SHO Banihal with supervision of Ajay Jamwal, Dy.SP, SDPO Banihal, Gourav Mahajan, Addl. SP Ramban and under the overall supervision of SSP Ramban, Mohita Sharma.
