Bandipora, Aug 2: Regional imbalance has hit the State due to the mishandling  of situations and  faulty polices of  PDP BJP Coaltion Govt. This was stated by PCC chief GA Mir while addressing a public gathering at Hajin in Sonwari Tehsil today.
He expressed serious concern over the chaotic and intricate situation in the State and castigated both PDP BJP for playing with sentiments of the people. The so called developmental agenda of PDP and BJP as promised by them during elections has proved a hoax aiming to secure votes for the sake of power, he said.
Mir said that  no  steps or decisions about welfare of people of all the three regions were taken by the present dispensation as they (coalition partners) are busy in internal discord and leg pulling each other. Moreover, both PDP and BJP are hell bent to victimize the opponents purely  on political grounds aiming to crush the opposition, he added.
Describing the prevailing circumstances as disturbing, JK PCC chief  said that  Coalition Govt has  alienated the people due to the wrong policies. He suggested the Coalition Govt to identify and understand the sensitive issues confronting regions (Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh)   for their resolution.
JK PCC chief said that rigid stand between the PDP BJP for maintaining upper edge in the Coalition,  are anguishing the people most and its lack of concern for the people has further disturbed the socio, political, economic  set up of the State, to a great extent.
Mir claimed that Congress is committed to address aspirations of all the three regions and will never tolerate or compromise on the disparity in any respect with any region of the State.
Those who addressed the gathering included Secretary AICC Incharge J&K & MLA Moinul Haq, Former PCC President Peerzada Mohd. Syed, MLA Vice President Haji Abdul Rashid Dar, MLC Vice President Gulam Nabi Monga, MLA Usman Majeed, spokesperson Farooq Andrabi, General Secretary S.S.
