SRINAGAR, Dec 27: All India Congress President has appointed former J&K Pradesh Congress Committee chief Ghulam Ahmad Mir as Observer for West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar while senior party leader & CWC Member Tariq Hameed Karra has been given the responsibility for Odisha.
The leaders will ensure successful planning and implementation of “Haath Se Haath Jodo Abhiyan” which is a follow up activity of the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Both Mir and Karra are among twenty-six top leaders who have been appointed as observers in the States across India.
