JAMMU, Oct 29: Army Major and a Jawan had a miraculous escape, when the gypsy, they were traveling in, rammed into a passenger bus at Rajouri Lines near Muthi, falling under the jurisdiction of Domana Police Station, this morning.
Police sources said that, Army gypsy rammed into a passenger bus near Rajouri Lines on Jammu-Poonch National Highway.
They added that the Army gypsy suddenly took the turn towards Rajouri Lines and rammed into a passenger bus bearing registration number JK02W-8245, which was on its way to Akhnoor from Jammu.
The two occupants of the gypsy Major Tarun Rana and Jawan Davinder Singh, both from 13 Gharwal Regiment, had miraculous escape, sources said.
The driver of the bus fled from the spot, leaving behind the vehicles, while, a case has been registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started, sources informed.
