JAMMU, Mar 27: The fashion and modeling event- Miss & Mrs North Jammu Season-4 concluded, here today.
A total of 15 contestants, eight Miss and seven Mrs participated for the title event, organized by 999 Production. Akriti Panotra won the title of Miss North Jammu and Meenakshi Gupta won the title of Mrs North Jammu.
Waqf Board Member and eminent journalist, Sohal Kazmi was the chief guest, while former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta and Pooja Gupta (Social activist) were the guests of honour and Meenu Mahajan was the special guest.
Kazmi congratulated the winners and appreciated the effort of organizers for providing a platform to the talented youth. “No doubt such events and initiatives help to motivate the talented youth and also help to give a new degree and direction to their career,” he said.
Kavinder Gupta said that such events not only help to enhance the professional career of participants but also help to fight against other anti-social activities including drugs.
The event was conducted at Jammu Club, wherein the jury members were Manya Singh, Jasmeet Reen, Ashima Sharma, Supreet Kour and Manmeet Singh.
Other results: Rekha Katoch was 2nd runner up, while 1st runner up went to Dipanshu in Miss category, while in Mrs category, Jyotsana was 2nd runner up and Priyanka was 1st runner up during the event.
The other dignitaries were Manmeet Singh, Supreet Kour, Rani Bhan, Irfan Choudhary, Gurdeep Kour, Surinder Suri, Nirmal Mahana (AAP Leader), Inderjeet Raina and Madhavu Sharma AIR broadcaster, while Paramjeet Properties, Kudan Motor, Colour Trends, Dheeraj Studios, J&K Immigration Consultant, 999 fitness were the main sponsors and MJ Colour saloon, Galaxy Enterprises and My Tomorrow Land Bistro by 999 were the presenting sponsors of the event.
