UDHAMPUR, Dec 17: A young man, missing for the last 18 days, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Madha Nallah at Chenani, this morning.
The deceased was identified as Manjeet Singh (33), son of Shunka Ram of Amrah, Ramnagar, presently putting up at Industrial Estate Udhampur, near Bhartiya College of Education.
He was missing since November 29 evening during a marriage party in Chenani. His decomposed body was spotted in Madha Nallah by some locals, who informed the police.
Later, the body was sent to Sub District Hospital Chenani for postmortem. Police has registered the case for further investigation.
