JAMMU, Oct 20: The decomposed body of a middle aged man missing from Bishnah was found this morning near Railway Gate, Bari Brahmana.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Shamsher Singh, son of Puran Chand and resident of Upper Canal, Bishnah, had been missing since September 28, 2014 from his residence and missing complaint in this regard stands registered at Police Station Bishnah.
This morning, the decomposed body of Shamsher Singh was found lying near Railway Gate, Bari Brahmana, which was immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem. After conducting postmortem, the body was handed over to the legal heirs for last rites.
A case in this regard has been registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana and further investigations are on.
