JAMMU, May 10: The dead body of an old man, who was missing since last evening, was recovered today from Ranbir Canal near Dream City, Muthi.
According to a police official, the deceased was identified as Hari Ram (80) son of Teja Ram, resident of Gurha Brahmana. He said that the body was recovered today from Ranbir Canal near Dream City, Muthi in Jammu.
“The body has been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection by Domana police,” the official added.
