JAMMU, May 6: The body of a man, who was missing from last two days, was recovered today from River Tawi here today.
The deceased identified as Mohammad Gazi (20), resident of Bawe Wali Gali, was missing for the last two days, a police spokesman said. He said that Mohd Gazi used to go to Tawi waters for fishing and was last seen near the river two days ago, and thereafter went missing.
“His body was recovered from Tawi River under Gujjar Nagar bridge this afternoon”, he said, adding a case in this connection has been registered and investigation started.
