KATHUA, Feb 28: Acting instantly on the missing report, police here traced out a girl who refused to join her legal heirs and after the order of Special Mobile Magistrate she was handed over to Nari Niketan Kathua after completion of all legal formalities.
A handout of police department stated that on February 16, 2022, a missing report was lodged at Police Station Rajbagh in this regard by the one of the family members of minor girl stating that his daughter was missing.
After that a missing report was lodged U/S 363/IPC and search was started to trace her.
