REASI, Oct 4: The dead body of a youth who was missing for the last one week was recovered from Chenab river near Talwara today.
A police spokesman said that the dead body of 21-year-old Sandeep Singh, son of Sukhdev Singh, a resident of village Thalkote, in Chassana, was recovered from the Chenab River near Talwara in Reasi today .
The boy was missing since September 27, and a missing report was lodged at Pacca Danga Police Station, Jammu by the family. The police sent the body for postmortem and started investigation into the matter.
