JAMMU, June 11: “Mission Sankalp” was announced for J&K students, especially for Kashmiri migrant students, at an education camp in Jagti Township near here, today.
Under this mission, various prestigious institutions like Vinayak Group of Institution, Karnal and Manav Group of Institutes, Hisar participated. Under this mission students from J&K especially Kashmiri migrants will be given totally free education. While speaking on the occasion, Kamna Khetrapal, elaborated about institute and said that J&K students have achieved many milestones in the field of academics, sports, cultural, innovations, etc.
She also added that “to support financially weaker sections of the society and to provide a helping hand to KP displaced community, Vinayak Group has started Mission ‘Sankalp’.
Later, Dr. C P Gupta, Director, Manav Group of Institutes Hisar, while speaking on the occasion, said that this Mission ‘Sankalp’ will be exclusively on various distinguished courses in which migrant students wish to study. He disclosed that “under Mission Sankalp we have already started registration for admissions after 10th or 12th batch in various courses like Polytechnic Diploma, BBA, MBA, ITI (fitter & electrician), B.Tech, etc”.
Later M K Yogi Mentor of this function, president NC Minority Cell while complimenting the Vinayak & Manav Group said that this is the golden chance for KP student to take benefit of this Mission and it’s much better for the community to think about this and go for it.
Chief guest on the occasion was M L Raina, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants). Prominent guests on the occasion were Dr Naresh Mann, Director Vinayak Group of Institution, Tej Krishan Bhat of ASKPC, Roshan Lal Master, Bal Krishan Bhat, president, Yamberzul NGO, Daisy Bhat, Naveen Gosani, president (Youth of Jagti), Desh Rattan, Mukesh Yogi, Akshay Koul, and others.
