Mission Statehood holds protest, demands NIA, CBI inquiry into killings

JAMMU, May 14: Mission Statehood Jammu and Kashmir held protest and demanded NIA and CBI inquiry into the killings of Revenue Department employee Rahul Bhat and police cop Riyaz Ahmed.
The supporters of Mission Statehood Jammu and Kashmir led by its President Sunil Dimple held protest here and rejected the inquiry to be conducted by SIT in the killing of PM Package employee Rahul Bhat.
While speaking, Dimple demanded NIA and CBI inquiry into the killing of Revenue Department employee Rahul Bhat and police cop Riyaz Ahmed.
He also condemned the use of force on the protesting PM Package employees and demanded their transfer to safer places.
Dimple also urged the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to lift the ban on transfer policy of the PM Package employees and transfer them to other districts.
Among others present were Rupesh Bhat, Sachin Soi, Sat Sharma, Bunty Dogra, Manjiet Anand, Ajay, Om Parkash Sharma, Kashmiri pandit families and Mission Statehood leaders.
