SRINAGAR, June 16: Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, MLA, Amirakadal, called on Governor N.N. Vohra, at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Mr. Bukhari apprised the Governor about certain issues which are thwarting the pace of development in the State.
The Governor thanked Bukhari for the timely development of link roads which today connect the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board’s Super Speciality Hospital at Kakriyal with the National Highway and urged him to continue his vigorous interest in securing developmental goals.
Dilbagh Singh, Additional Director General of Police (Security) also called on Governor and briefed him about the security management in the State, with particular reference to the arrangements for the pilgrimage to Shri Amarnathji Shrine.
