MLA Akhnoor holds Janata Darbar in remote area

AKHNOOR, Sept 10: MLA Akhnoor, Rajeev Sharma held Janata Darbar in the far flung area of Balla Sathar and Godhan Panchayat of Akhnoor constituency today.
The MLA during  Public Darbar listened to  various grievances of the people  on the spot and also gave directions to concern office  to assist the locals in better way.
The MLA also paid visit to flood affected areas,  inspected soil erosion, damage caused to fields and listened  complaints regarding water, electricity crisis.
The people of  Bala Sathar extended gratitude to the MLA for providing them electricity up to their village.
Speaking on the occasion the BJP MLA  assured the public to provide them services at their  doors.  He said these Panchayats remained ignored by all the previous Govts.
The MLA announced Rs 2 lakh from his CDF  for the development works at Bala  Sathar and  Rs 2 lakh for Godhan Panchayat.
Later, he held  public meetings in Godhan.
Prominent among others present included Master Sansar Singh (Bala Sathar) Ramdhan (Godhan), Nirmal Singh, Manzoor Hussain, Nek Alam,  Jeet  Raj, Suraj Sharma, Radhey Sharma, Kewal Krishan, Pali Ram, Jaswant Singh, Bhagat Singh, Daleep Singh and Swarn Singh.
