Srinagar, Oct 5: The PDP MLA Javed Ahmad Mir today raised the issue of selective sealing of the commercial complexes by Srinagar Municipal Corporation under High Court directions in Legislative Assembly.
Mir said that complexes owned by politicians and bureaucrats have been left out and there is pick and choose policy adopted by the Government.
Mir produced over a hundred page document to the Speaker of the Assembly, Mubarak Gul, as proof of his claim. “Give me the documents back. I have no faith on Government”, Mir told the Speaker.
The Law Minister told the House that the matter is sub-judice and Government can’t issue a statement on the issue.
