JAMMU, Dec 4: Dina Nath Bhagat, MLA Chenani Ghordi chaired the public darbar at Gharian Kulsar for redressal of problem being faced by the locals of the area in which representatives of different departments, senior officers i.e SDM and BMO Chenani Block heads BDO, Education Department, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, AEE PDD, Sheep Husbandry, PWD, PMGSY, Social Welfare and Tehsildar were also present.
In his address Mr Bhagat called for greater coordination between general public and officers for speedy development of the far flung area of Chenani Constituency.
He also listened to the problems projected by the public.
The MLA issued instructions to AEE, PDD for immediate removal of iron wire used for the electrification as the MLA released Rs 50 lakh for the improvement of HT/LT network and he also issued instructions to PDD authorities to change the schedule of power cuts during the evening and morning.
Mr Bhagat also inaugurated the Medical Sub Centre in a far flung area of his Constituency. A Middle School building which was constructed under RMSA scheme recently in the area has collapsed and the MLA ordered a probe into it. He asked ZEO Chenani to conduct the inquiry and take action under law against the guilty.
