MLA conducts meeting to address public concerns

BANI, Oct 30: Dr. Rameshwar Singh, MLA Bani, convened a meeting with the administrative officials of Bani. Present at the meeting were SDM Bani, BDO Bani, Tehsildar Bani, Principals of all Higher Secondary Schools, AEEs from various departments, DySP and other key officials.
Dr. Singh’s commitment to proactive governance was evident as he conducted an introductory session with all officers, assuring them of his support and encouraging collaborative efforts to serve the public.
Emphasizing accountability and transparency, Dr. Singh directed officials to prioritize public welfare with integrity, warning that public grievances and negligence would not be tolerated. In a firm directive, he instructed SHO Bani to take decisive action against drug-related activities in the region, with the aim of making Bani a drug-free constituency.
Dr. Singh issued a notice to the PMGSY Department, mandating an inquiry into the conditions of local roads, and directed educational heads to ensure that the academic syllabus is completed on time for the benefit of students preparing for upcoming exams.
To address the needs of snow-bound areas, Dr. Singh ordered the Food and Supply Department to stockpile three months’ worth of rations to ensure food security during Winters. He also instructed the Power Development Department (PDD) to prioritize the repair and maintenance of power lines and transformers to guarantee uninterrupted service.
Dr. Rameshwar Singh reiterated his expectations for all departments to maintain high standards of work quality and deliver results within set timelines, reinforcing his vision of a more efficient and accountable administration in Bani.
