JAMMU, June 28: A deputation of Roop Nagar Bantalab Enclave Block B a unit of Jammu Welfare Organization (JWO) led by Kasturi Lal Gupta, president JWO and its general secretary Gopal Sharma met the MLA Raipur Damana Assembly segment, Bharat Bushan alias Bodhi and apprised him of the low voltage problem being faced by the residents of the area.
They appealed him to provide 250 kv transformer on priority basis in the area.
The MLA in a letter to Chief Engineer M&RE urged her for early disposal of the instant proposal.
The other members of the deputation included J P Chadha, B L Goja, B L Raina, S S Jasrotia, Romesh Bhat, Chander Uppal, M K Wattal, A K Bhan, M K Sumbli and others.
