KATHUA, Oct 31: In order to provide banking services to its customers at their doorsteps, a branch of Capital Small Finance (CSF) Bank was today inaugurated in Kathua.
The branch was inaugurated by MLA Dr. Bharat Bhushan.
Manoj Sodhi, Regional Business Head of CSF Bank looking after Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi region informed that this was the second branch of the Bank in J&K.
Speaking on the occasion Manoj Sodhi said, “We have one Branch in Jammu and this is the second branch in J&K, we are planning to open more branches in J&K including in Kashmir and Ladakh. With the opening of Kathua Branch, the Capital Small Finance Bank has 180 Branches all over India.”
Dr Bhushan, in his address appreciated the management of the Bank for selecting Kathua to expanding its business activities.
He asked the Bank management to provide hassle free services to the customers and give priority to farm sector in extending credit facilities.
Among others who graced the event included Raghunandan Singh Bablu, Vice President DDC, Kathua, local Branch Head of the Bank Karan Kumar Gupta, Narinder Jasrotia, Retired Distt. Manager, Jammu Rural Bank, Babu Ram Sharma, Deputy Director Retd, Vidya Rattan Joint Director, Education, Kartar Verma and CHO Industrialist Sohan Lal Sharma.
