POONCH, Dec 23: MLA Poonch Ajaz Jan along with Brigadier S K Acharya, Commander 93 Brigade inaugurated a newly constructed road at Kirni in Poonch district today.
The road was thrown open for public use thereby conceding a long pending demand of the residents of twin villages of Qaswa and Kirni. The connectivity between the two villages of Poonch has come as a bigger respite for the residents of the area who had all the praise for the Army and the MLA for speedy completion of project in a record time.
The road has been constructed by the Army at the cost of Rs 28 lakh. The MLA lauded the role of Army for helping civilian population.
