JAMMU, June 9: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Jammu East Rajesh Gupta today kick started the construction work of the lane and drain at Kanji House Mohalla in Ward Number 7 at an estimated cost of Rs 5 lakh.
MLA was accompanied by JMC officials Xen Arun Gupta, AEE Anil Gupta and JE Mohammad Yaseen.
Vice-President Chamber of Commerce Rajiv Gupta and senior BJP leaders Gulshan Mahajan, Surinder Anand, Girdhari Lal, Charanjeet, Sanjay Manjotra, Naveen Dogra, Balbir, Santosh, Balbir Singh, Jagjeevan Lal and many others were present on the occasion.
While speaking, Rajesh Gupta said that he works on the ideology of Prime Minister “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas” and will work to change the development profile of the Jammu East.
“We appeal to the people to come forward and participate in the various landmark schemes launched by the Modi Government”, he said.
