SRINAGAR, May 31: Deputy Speaker, Nazir Gurezi, today said that MLA Langate Engineer Rasheed has the habit of creating nuisance in the House.
Dy Speaker stated this after Rashid had verbal duel with senior National Conference leader, Akbar Lone.
There was a verbal duel between Rashid and Lone after the MLA confronted NC leader Mohammad Shafi Uri during his speech on budget when he was highlighting the achievements of NC founder Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah.
“If NC wants to take credit for some cosmetic work done by late Sheikh Abdullah, let it not feel shy in confessing that NC leadership is responsible for creating Kashmir issue, as Sheikh Abdullah went on changing his stands and confusing the people and making the vulnerable,” shouted Rasheed.
Lone who was sitting in front of Rasheed exchanged heated arguments with him before Deputy Speaker interrupted.
The Deputy Speaker told Rashid that he is creating drama daily in the Assembly. “You are always disturbing the House. It is not your property. You have spoiled the decorum of the house”, he told Rashid.
