BHADERWAH, May 8: MLA Bhaderwah, Daleep Singh Parihar, sanctioned Rs 4 lakh under CDF to six fire affected families of Dharanpura Mohalla of Bhaderwah in a function held here at Dak Bungalow.
The financial assistance was handover to affected families by Minister for Forest, Ch Lal Singh, who was the chief guest on the occasion. On the request of MLA Bhaderwah, Daleep Singh Parihar, Lal Singh also sanctioned free of cost sleepers for construction of houses to all six families and instructed DFO Bhaderwah to handover the same to affected families within a week.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Bhaderwah asserted that the present dispensation of BJP Government at Center as well as at State level will take Jammu and Kashmir to the newer scales of development and there will be prosperity of all regions and sections.
The Legislator also laid foundation of construction work of lanes and drains at various places for which funds have been provided through his CDF and will be executed by the Rural Development Department.
MLA Bhaderwah also sanctioned Rs 2 lakh from his CDF for the installment of two power transformers at water filter plant at Gagal, Bhaderwah. Parihar said that his party believes in ground work and not in lip work by which leaders of other parties befool the public.
