JAMMU, Jan 2: Jammu East MLA and BJP chief whip, Rajesh Gupta, today visited Mohalla Paharian and took stock of the problems of the locals.
People of the mohalla apprised the MLA about their sufferings due to choked nallah of the Mohalla. Rajesh Gupta assured them that the problem related to the nallah would be solved, as the matter has been discussed and analyzed with the concerned authorities. He also discussed other problems related to Mohalla Paharian with the members of the Paharian Mohalla Association.
While speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Gupta said that Modi Ji has made a qualitative change in the way we think from lethargy to speed and development in the affairs of the country. Rajesh Gupta said that now we have a much more responsive and speedier Government in place with a plethora of people friendly schemes to benefit a large segment of population. He said that people need to take advantage of these schemes and become a part of the Indian growth story.
The MLA was accompanied by XEn UEED Taj Chowdhry, AEE CK Sudan, JE Sanjeev Mahajan, CTO JMC Tariq Raina and JMC Health Officer Dr Anita Salgotra.
