JAMMU, Apr 20: A 250 KVA power transformer was inaugurated today at Laxmi Vihar, Lane 4 (A), Tomal Bohri, Jammu, by MLC GL Raina.
The funds for the installation of the power transformer were provided by the MLC out of his Constituency Development Fund.
While inaugurating the transformer, the MLC said that the present Government is committed to provide all the basic amenities like water, power and good roads to the public without any hindrance and the installation of this power transformer is one such step in this direction.
On the occasion, the residents also projected their other grievances and the MLC assured them that their genuine grievances and demands will be resolved on priority.
Besides officers of PDD Canal Division III Jammu, prominent citizens including Chand Ji Bhat, Vijay Raina, CL Garoo and Sanjay Kohli were also present.
