JAMMU, Sept 12: Authorities today ordered suspension of mobile internet services in remaining five districts of Jammu region from 4 am tomorrow as a precautionary measure.
IGP Jammu Danesh Rana told the Excelsior that only mobile telephone services were being suspended from 4 am tomorrow in Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur and Reasi districts while broadband services will remain functional.
He said the administration would review its decision tomorrow evening and might resume mobile internet services if everything went well.
Mobile internet in Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban, Rajouri and Poonch districts was already suspended for past several days.
